The program of the course «Basics of composition» (7 lessons)
- Basic laws, rules and techniques in the composition.
- Compositional center.
- Equilibrium.
- Symmetry — Asymmetry.
- Statics — Dynamics.
- Rhythm — Meter.
- Contrast — Newans.
MATERIALS:
- Drafting paper (density 180 g, or cut whatman paper)
- Watercolor paper (160g-260g, of your choice)
- Exercise workout pad (or regular printer sheets)
- Liners, black capillary pens (different thicknesses, for example 0.3-0.5-0.7)
- White pen (helium or capillary)
- Pencil, eraser, ruler, compasses.
- Watercolor set of paints (a set of 12 colors is enough)
- Colored paper and scissors (for appliqués)
